Delib is a specialist e-Participation company, developing innovative online consultation, learning and participation tools for the public sector, NGOs and brands. Delib was created by the Team Rubber group following a successful participation project during the 2001 general election. In 2002 and 2003 Delib partnered BT and Accenture, to produce innovative participation solutions for e-Democracy pilots across 6 UK cities.
