Young Carers

Fourteen-year-old Jasmine shares her experiences of being a young carer to her three-year-old sister and the adult responsibilities she has to shoulder on top of her schoolwork demands.

Planned and managed by Calling The Shots, HearSay! is a Mediabox-funded project that saw six teams of young people researching, writing, and producing short news packages about the issues that concerned them. This piece was done in conjunction with The Rural Media Company.
