by Redbridge College and Chocolate Films
A group of young people from the London suburb of Redbridge take to the streets to question what suburbia means to the youth of today. How has it changed since transport links were first improved and do they prefer to spend their leisure time in their local area or the big city?
Ezekiel Omideyi, Troy Germain, Zahrar Green, Gary Lewzey, Elvis Miranda, Harmeet Panesar and Faham Katamba, all students at Redbridge College, made this film about their local area with Chocolate Films and Redbridge Museum. The final film is now featured in the ‘Suburbia’ exhibition at London Transport Museum.
